Our trainers deliver high quality electrification training, with a focus on safety for all levels of the supply chain and OEM.
We are also able to provide a full consultation service to help companies and organisations new to electrification with a jump start in the following areas:
A comprehensive curriculum is available to ensure that all areas of electrification training within a business are catered for from the most senior member to a visitor.
Courses are based around industry standard recognised levels of competency, and taught by industry experts with hands on knowledge in this sector.
Introduction level for all individuals whoose day to day activities require them to have an awareness of Electric Vehicles (EV), and provides an overview of the different types of EV's, and the correct etiquette for having them in the business.
The content of this has been designed to give the learners the knowledge and skills required to work safely on Electric/Hybrid vehicles whilst carrying out routine maintenance and repair activities (not voltage components or systems). This may include vehicles that may have or had damage to their high energy/electrical system.
It contains information in the following areas:

This contains the knowledge of the dangers surrounding repairs carried out to live high voltage vehicle electrical components and systems.
The purpose and aim of this qualification is to provide technicians working on electric/ hybrid vehicles with the required level of skills and knowledge to carry out repairs on live high voltage vehicle electrical components and systems safely.
Live working should be a last resort however in some applications it is needed to be able to measure system parameters during operation.
This has been designed to allow team leaders, supervisors, managers, and senior leadership the opportunity to understand the obligations placed on them by the HaV activities being carried out in the business.
This is our ultimate priority, and we pride ourselves in educating individuals so companies have a safe and respectful culture when working with Hazardous Voltage (HaV), this is turn makes them very efficient and reduces lost time due to injury.
If you are starting to take electrification products from design into development stages and physical Hazardous Voltage components, this can sometimes seem a bit daunting when it comes to complying with legislative requirements but it is something that we can help with.
Future development is a continuous target for us to ensure our courses are always at the forefront of new technology and developments within the electrification sector.
A new multi module course curriculum is under development and will be here soon, contact us now for further information.
